STEEL AND FERRO-ALLOYS

 

We are a leader in the design and construction of water-cooled cables, power conducting arms, secondary systems, busbars, flexible copper connectors, forged copper plates, copper panels and reactors for Electric Arc Furnaces, Ladle Furnaces and Submerged Arc Furnaces for ferro-alloys both AC and DC. Our products are also used in high-capacity induction furnaces and Stirrer melting furnaces.

ELECTROLYSIS-GALVANIC SYSTEMS

 

We design and build AC and DC low voltage and high current connections between transformers and rectifiers, and between rectifiers and the cells. The connections may be rigid or flexible, water or air-cooled, made of copper or aluminium. They are used in Smelters for producing aluminium, in Chlorine-soda production plants, copper electrowinning and in all other chemical industries where electrolytic processes are used.

ELECTRO-TECHNOLOGY

Our copper and aluminium cables and connections are also used for low voltage high current electricity production and distribution.

 

Press welded or electron beam welded lamellar shunts are used in Turbogenerators.

We produce water-cooled, flexible stranded cables and lamellar shunts for resistance welding machines and machines used to produce electrowelded wire mesh.

RESEARCH

 

Our cooled cables and lamellar shunts are used by CERN in Geneva (the biggest particle research centre in the world) and ITER (the biggest and most advanced Tokamak experiment into nuclear fusion).
